Dog-friendly motorhome
travel with your dog, no restrictions

Dogs are welcome with us. A motorhome is the best way to travel with a dog – your own space, flexible stops, no hotel bans. Rent a Burstner T 726 G from Bratislava.

Why is a motorhome the ideal choice for travelling with a dog?

Hotels ban dogs, hostels are impractical, tent camping is limiting. A motorhome solves all these problems at once.

Your dog travels with you

No kennels, no waiting. Your dog is with you the whole time – you explore together, sleep together, discover new places together.

No hotel bans

No more searching for 'dog-friendly' hotels. In a motorhome you have your own space – your dog is always welcome.

Flexible stops

Stop anytime, anywhere. A quick walk at a rest stop, a long hike in the forest – the rhythm is set by your dog, not a train timetable.

Nature right outside the door

Campsites, forests, beaches – the whole world accessible with your dog. A motorhome gets you right to nature without needing to find pet-friendly accommodation.

No stress about leaving

No more asking: who'll look after the dog? In a motorhome your dog is with you 24/7. A holiday for the whole pack.

Plenty of space

The Burstner T 726 G is 7 metres long. Enough room for a family and a larger dog. Your dog can move freely once you're parked up.

Travelling abroad with a dog – what you need

For travel to EU countries (Croatia, Austria, Germany, Italy...) your dog needs the following documents and procedures.

🛂

EU pet passport

Required for travel to EU countries (Austria, Croatia, Germany, Italy...). Issued by any vet – contains vaccinations, microchip details and health records.

📡

ISO 11784/11785 microchip

Every dog travelling in the EU must have a microchip implanted to ISO 11784 standard. Chipping is a simple injection at the vet. Without a chip an EU passport cannot be issued.

💉

Rabies vaccination

An up-to-date rabies vaccination is required for entry to all EU countries. The first vaccination must be given at least 21 days before crossing the border. The dog must carry vaccination records.

🏥

Tapeworm treatment (UK / Finland / Norway)

Entry to the UK, Finland and Norway requires tapeworm treatment carried out by a vet 1-5 days before crossing the border.

The rabies vaccination must be given at least 21 days before the first border crossing. Before your trip, verify that all documents are up to date with your vet.

Our motorhomes have cab air conditioning – this works while driving. At campsites with electrical hookup you can use ventilation when parked. For the hottest days we recommend a cooling mat for your dog.
